ReflexologySole is part of our name because we know the soles of our feet provide a map to healing the rest of the body. Tension in any part of the foot is a reflection of tension in a corresponding part of the body. Reflexology is beneficial for menstrual issues, breathing problems, digestive system discomfort and recovering after surgery or injuries. It also may relieve pain in a different area of the body that is too tender to touch. Several studies document the many benefits of reflexology used all over the world that can be traced as far back as 2400 BC.

Cancer patients report Reflexology eases some of the side effects from chemotherapy. Hospitalized cancer patients experience immediate and significant relief from perceptions of pain and nausea following a session.

Pregnant women enjoy the relief Reflexology brings to their overworked legs and feet. It is popular with impatient mothers because it may also induce labor, .

“I really appreciated the Reflexology treatment yesterday. Her hands are very strong and she hit all the “sore” spots. It certainly flushed out a lot and, when I came home after school, I was so relaxed and had a wonderful night’s sleep. She has a very assuring and peaceful demeanor.“  ~ MaryJane

Fully certified Reflexologists work with both feet and hands, and sometimes ears. There is no need to get undressed since only bare feet and hands are required. The beneficial effects will continue working long after the actual treatment. Below is just the beginning of an extensive list of issues that can be treated:

“… seeing my 19 year old son for post-back surgery Reflexology therapy.  He was having serious pain/discomfort from all the pain meds and anesthesia a few days after surgery. After one treatment, his body got back in sync. He was off all pain meds a few days later.  Now, three visits and three weeks later he is doing great.  I am certain that the reflexology has been key in his speedy recovery.  I am a very grateful mother!“  ~ Deb
