I specialize in massage therapy to improve chronic pain conditions because I understand how much pain can affect every aspect of a person’s life. I have Fibromyalgia and watched my mobility, energy, and general will to live, go in a downward spiral for years before I finally found a combination of chiropractic treatment and massage therapy that gave me my life back.
Once I had my mobility back I made another big change in my life and went back to school to become a massage therapist to help others with chronic pain. I have the benefit of having gone to school with a deep understanding of the daily life and unique challenges of a chronic pain patient* and was able to specialize my studies right from the start. The specialties I offer were selected specifically for their usefulness in treating many chronic pain conditions, and I plan to continue to collect information and education in order to integrate as much knowledge as possible into your massage. I received my Associate of Occupational Studies (AOS) degree in Massage Therapy (1100+ hour program) from the Colorado School of Healing Arts. I am fully certified in Reflexology, Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage.

Wendi is fantastic! She has a great touch and has gotten my arms and shoulders working again after years of decreased mobility. I have feeling in my hands again, and I am happy to have function back when I never expected to again. ~ Jon
Wendi is amazing! A few weeks ago, I was very wary of massage, but she has entirely changed that. A recurring injury had limited me to a severe limp. I am now walking again and able to function at my job. Wendi has my highest recommendation. ~ Jen
I’ve been fortunate enough to schedule massages with Wendi multiple times in the past year. Each time, she has done wonders for my pain. I have fibromyalgia. This can be problematic when looking for someone for massage, because the pain and symptoms manifest in the strangest ways. Wendi not only takes this in stride, she is able to make me feel better. This allowed me to go back in the world and be a (mostly) normal human being. I highly recommend her to everyone, but especially to those suffering from chronic illness. She works magic with her hands. ~ Destini
In addition to my life as a massage therapist I enjoy a diverse variety of hobbies that are all joined together by a love of history and a desire to understand how things work. These hobbies include fiber arts (including knitting, spinning, hand sewing, embroidery, and more), vocal and instrumental music, archery, camping, and travel. We have three cats, including our most recent rescue kitty who enjoys accompanying me and my husband on our adventures!
*A note to medical clients- Your insurance may cover massage therapy for a variety of conditions from minor injury rehabilitation to chronic condition management. If you aren’t sure, it is worth calling them to find out. I cannot submit your claim for you, but can assist you in filling out the self claim paperwork. If you think you will ever want to work with me on a condition that could be billed to insurance, please be sure to ask to be set up as a medical patient on your first visit so we can get your information added to the correct section of our software. Thank you!
